Shobhan Pandya brings over two decades of expertise in investment banking, capital markets and financial advisory. As Managing Director he leads the firm’s investment banking practice, with a focus on IPO advisory, pre-IPO funding and strategic capital structuring.
Over his 20+ year career he has been instrumental in executing transactions worth over ₹2,000 crore across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, textiles, chemicals and real estate. His domain expertise spans deal origination, financial structuring, regulatory strategy and capital mobilisation for high-growth companies.
He previously served as a Partner at Bon Proximo Advisors, and held leadership roles at Category I SEBI-registered merchant bankers including Nirbhay Capital and Corporate Strategic Alliance. At both firms he played a pivotal role in establishing their merchant banking divisions, and executed six IPOs across multiple sectors.

Kunal Trivedi is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of expertise in wealth management, investment advisory and portfolio strategy, having worked with India’s leading private and corporate banking institutions. As Partner he drives the firm’s investment advisory vertical, with a focus on NRI wealth, mutual fund strategies and alternative investment products.
He has held senior roles at ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Yes Bank, Axis Bank, IDFC Bank and IndusInd Bank. Most recently he served as Assistant Vice President — Investment & Portfolio Management in NRI Banking, managing a portfolio exceeding ₹650 crore across mutual funds and Alternative Investment Funds.
He has developed deep relationships with high-net-worth clients and family offices across the UK, USA, UAE, Switzerland and Australia, offering solutions that align global opportunities with domestic regulatory frameworks.
Successfully closed transactions in collaboration with family offices and private equity funds, working closely with investment funds to secure and finalise funding for a diverse range of businesses.
